Ethical Standards Investigations Australia (ESIA) is a registered business name with the Australia Security and Investments Commission (ASIC) as Division of Workers First Pty Ltd and undertakes workplace investigations at the request of clients in need of a fully independent, open and transparent investigation into workplace complaints or issues concerning ethical standards and best practice within an industry code or workplace law.

Ethical Standards Investigations Australia practitioners are highly experienced investigators and trained in Government Investigation techniques, most of the Ethical Standards Investigations Australia practitioners hold a Diploma in Government (Investigations) as a minimum standard, and some hold tertiary qualifications in Criminal Law, Evidence Law and Workplace Law, full Law Degrees and other tertiary qualifications such as a full Business Degree, or Criminal Justice Degree, Diploma Security & Risk Assessment, Diploma Justice Administration, Diploma Work Health & Safety, Diploma Human Resource Management, and we also prefer practitioners to hold a certificate IV in Training and Assessment and First Aid.

The training standards and the ongoing professional development of practitioners undertaking investigations on behalf of our clients is paramount to maintaining the ethical and moral integrity of any investigation undertaken by Ethical Standards Investigations Australia and we are committed to the training and professional development, which enables practitioners to undertake more complex investigations on behalf of clients.
